CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Suede is a natural leather that is particularly soft and delicate. To preserve its beauty over time, avoid contact with water, rain, humidity, and direct heat sources. Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces that could alter the suede's nap. Be careful with contact with dark or new clothing (such as denim) that could release color, as well as with cosmetics, perfumes, creams, and oily substances.

For routine maintenance or small stains, gently use a specific rubber or velvet suede brush, following the direction of the nap. It is recommended not to use water, detergents, or solvents, which could compromise the appearance of the leather.

Returns and refunds:

You may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date of the goods. Shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
